Very convincing and well controlled piece of drawing.Sophisticated; lovely use of space to create areas of quiet counter balanced by selective use of markmaking vocabulary to create patches of intense decsriptive pattern. Good to see the evolution of the drawing through process too. Some questions- if you used colour where would it be used? How would it be applied? Would it replace some of the black lines or add an additional layer of description or decoration. How would colour change your meaning /description of the object? If you had one line and an opportunity to create a frame around the drawing where would each start and end and how may this contribute to our interpretation of your drawing?
